Jama's team was recognized as the leader in the Luxury market, one of the top producing teams in New Mexico, the top Gross commission income earner for the region, as well as numerous other distinguished awards and acknowledgments. In 2012 Jama decided to bring her heartfelt enthusiasm, high energy, and dynamic message into the leadership role operating as Team Leader for KW Santa Fe, General Manager for KW Academy and KW Riverside, as well as Area Director for New Mexico and West Texas (NTXNMM Region) for Keller Williams International.
